1.1 |
The regatta
will be governed by the sules as defined in The Racing
Rules of Sailing. |

Rules
44.1 and 44.2 are changed so that only one turn, including
one tack and one gybe, is required. |

Rule
61.1 (a) (2) is changed such that red flags are not required
for all Hobie Catamaran Classes. |

ELIGIBILITY

2.1 |
The regatta
is open to all Hobie Catamaran One Design Classes. |

2.2 |
At least
one crew member on board a competing boat shall be a member
of the Hobie Class Association. |
| |
2.3 |
Proof
of current liability insurance is required. |
| |
2.4 |
Eligible
boats may enter by completing the attached form and sending
it, together with the required fee, to the address given on
the form, by August 15. |

2.5 |
Registrations
received after August 15 will be subject to a late fee of
$5. |

will be given based on number and size of classes. Classes
will be determined after all registrations have been received. |

| St.
Eiboh’s Cove is a privately owned property off the Northeastern
Shore of Sebago Lake, ME, and is located in the town of Raymond
(off route 302), just 20 miles West of Portland, ME. For directions,
use Google Maps and enter in “St. Eiboh’s Cove,
Maine”. St. Eiboh’s Cove has accommodations for
tent camping and RVs, a Central Lodge with Huge Stone Fireplace
with Conference Room and 4 bathrooms, each with hot water
showers. Also, nearby is the Seacoast Fun Park with go-karts,
climbing wall, and The Giant Sky Swing! Come join us for the
1st Annual Mainiac Regatta! |
