| What' else? This is a no frills location, but it offers a great view of the bay and possibly a chance to see some fireworks in the evening. Bring extra fresh water or a sunshower if you can. Plenty of places nearby to have breakfast or pick up a coffee in the am. If the forecast is good, we are planning to be there Saturday—after 10am. The field has controlled access, with locked gates, so if you are arriving early please let us know and we will try to make arrangements for you to get a key to get into the field. | ||
| Directions? | Compass Rose Beach is on Roger Williams Way in the Quonset Point Industrial Park. The beach is at the end of the road on the right. Follow directions for the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry. Please Note: If you are using a GPS or any of the Internet Mapping sites, use the address below for the Fast Ferry. Once you drive into Quonset "Roger Williams Way" is also known as Quonset Road. 1347
